Web tools are very important tools in Agricultural development and especially if we are targeting to involve the youths. Generally, they make agriculture "sexy" enough for the youth to be attracted in addition to simplifying the way things can be done. Think of the many apps, websites, blogs and other softwares created by the youths; they've simply simplified the way information is generated and shared and if this' directed in the agricultural sectors, we are going to see massive improvements.
Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation ACP-EU (CTA) must have realized this before coming up with a programme in which people are trained on various web2 tools.
